[Fiware] [Fiware-technical-committee] Candidature to the TSC : Fernando López Aguilar

Dear All,

I hereby announce my candidature to the FIWARE Technical Steering Committee (TSC) as a representative at FIWARE Cloud chapter.

As a background on my activity, I have been a member of the FIWARE Cloud since the beginning, I have been working since OpenStack
Cactus (the third version of OpenStack). During all these years I was involved in the development of several components based on
OpenStack (Service Manager, PaaS Manager, SDC Manager, Policy Manager) and with the time passed we move to the OpenStack
community and adopt the solutions and start to work with them like Murano.

I am following the OpenStack community always searching new solutions that can be adopted by FIWARE like Mistral, Congress, Solum,
Ironic, Sahara... I am involved in the OpenStack community specially in the specification and evolution of the different components, specially
mention our contribution to Murano and Monasca. We have been accepted a presentation in OpenStack Summit talking about the
federation monitoring solution that we have specified using Ceilometer + Monasca which produces very high expectation in the
community.
