[Fiware] TSC candidacy

Dear all,

I hereby announce my candidacy to the FIWARE Technical Steering Committee 
as FIWARE Cloud Chapter leader. I have lead the chapter for the last two 
years.  In that role I have ensured that the team complied with the agile 
development process including sprint planning/closing, monthly chapter 
reviews and demos, timely response to JIRA tickets, and coordination of 
other group activities, e.g. weekly conference calls. FIWARE intends to 
continue the agile development process so my continuing in this role will 
smooth the transition to from an EU project to an Open Source Community.

I am also the Docker GE leader and its major contributor. Docker's 
integration within the FIWARE ecosystem is essential for FIWARE's growth 
and acceptance by developers who have grown accustom to the using Docker 
to compose and deploy their services.  Also, Docker hosting will result in 
better resource utilisation for FIWARE Lab installations. The Docker GE 
evangelisation to the FIWARE Community will continue under my leadership.
