[Fiware] FI-Core Final report

Dear all,

You may recall that we've circulated the 2nd periodic report a number of 
times. I also mentioned and asked for contributions for a different 
report that is produced just once, at the end of each project. This 
report, not very surprisingly called "Final Report" is now ready for 
FI-Core. Please find it enclosed and see if you are happy with it. In 
principle, it should suitable for delivery to the EC but I will wait in 
case there are any comments.

*Deadline = 3.April.2017*

Once the deadline is reached, I will send it to the EC.

Usual caveat: *_this is FI-Core confidential, you cannot circulate it 
outside the FI-Core Consortium_*
