Please, access your backlog until 17:00 to update it according your 
targets achieved during the month.
Summary:
-TECH – 121 tickets (40,5%) -> low performance
-LAB – 66 tickets (57,9 %) -> low performance
- QA -- 1 ticket (10 %) -> _very low performance_
-HELP DESK – 85 tickets (77,27 %) -> good performance
oTECH – 57 tickets (75%) -> good performance
oLAB – 28 tickets (82,35%) -> good performance
