[Fleetops4eu] [Urgent Call for Action] All members

Dear members of the  FleetOps4EU team,

This is a reminder that last week we set today's EoB as the deadline for
some crucial tasks.

   1. *All the scenario templates shall be ready by today EoB so we can
   have a look at them before our call tomorrow.* It was also mentioned
   that, in order to keep track of the progress, we must work in the Google
   Drive documents. Local copies bring opacity to the preparation tasks and
   such opacity significantly slows the hard work that IML and FF are doing to
   put this proposal together.
   2. *It is necessary to provide ASAP the basic partner info here*

   Missing partners: Elliot, Umibots, Arcelik, Industrial Shipping

*Elliot Cloud has to provide the WP2 description *Elliot told us that WP2
   was almost ready in the last call but, again, there is no input in the
   Google Drive document

If we still want to achieve this, these crucial actions cannot be delayed
any longer.
