Dear all.

I have included a basic breakdown of task for WP2, nevertheless we keep working to improve it and to integrate everything in the implementation template.

I have also added the information of the Elliot and Umibots in the excel file.

Maybe we can also discuss some tasks of WP1 and WP5 to give more details. Some ideas:

Dear members of the  FleetOps4EU team,

This is a reminder that last week we set today's EoB as the deadline for some crucial tasks.

  1.  All the scenario templates shall be ready by today EoB so we can have a look at them before our call tomorrow. It was also mentioned that, in order to keep track of the progress, we must work in the Google Drive documents. Local copies bring opacity to the preparation tasks and such opacity significantly slows the hard work that IML and FF are doing to put this proposal together.
  2.  It is necessary to provide ASAP the basic partner info here

Elliot told us that WP2 was almost ready in the last call but, again, there is no input in the Google Drive document
