Congratulations! You have successfully qualified for the i4Trust Train 
the Trainers programme that will start next Monday 26 from 9.00 AM to 
12:00 PM CEST. You can access the full details of the programme and join

Now it is time to activate your profile in the i4Trust Community and 
join the i4Trust DIHs Working Group

space. You’ll find there some first messages from the i4Trust support team.

DIHs that are part of the i4Trust DIHs Working Group will be key to the 
success of the i4Trust initiative:

  *

    providing early feedback regarding adoption of i4Trust Building Blocks;

  *

    contributing to the identification of suitable challenges in their
    regions to be used as a term of reference for the i4Trust Open Calls
    for Experiments;

  *

    assessing the i4Trust impact in boosting the uptake of data sharing
    and trading technologies in potential early adopters (SMEs);

  *

    generating awareness on the i4Trust benefits;

  *

    supporting experiments targeted to the development of new services
    and business models that can benefit from data sharing among
    different actors in their local ecosystems and beyond.

Your Digital Innovation Hub will play a key role during the i4Trust open 
call (scouting and definition of suitable experiments) and during the 
running of experiments (mentoring). After completing the Train the 
Trainers program, you will own the knowledge needed to engage SMEs in 
your network in development of innovative solutions using data spaces 
based on i4Trust building blocks.

More concretely, the training aims at  transferring necessary knowledge 
to Local Experts in Data Sharing (LEBDs) and Ambassadors from DIHs  on:

  *

    i4Trust Building Blocks (based on FIWARE  technologies and iSHARE)
    as well as how an ideal i4Trust project looks like;

  *

    i4Trust Ecosystem Building activities beyond technology focused on
    the possibilities i4Trust presents for SMEs understanding the
    strategic, business and value potentials of i4Trust in the domains.
    These sessions should help DIHs to identify local challenges from
    different domains in their regions which can be solved using i4Trust
    building blocks, identify hurdles / barriers that SMEs are facing
    and define the challenges so that SMEs can understand how they can
    use i4Trust building blocks to solve them;

  *

    The expected role of DIHs, including their involvement in multi-tier
    support;

  After the training and as a side benefit for you, DIHs will be in a 
privileged position to become FIWARE iHubs if they wish to, will be 
eligible to become iSHARE Implementation Partners and LEBDs can become 
FIWARE Certified Experts.

Attached to this mail you will find an “i4Trust DIH Onboarding Kit” 
which will guide you during the first steps as members of the i4Trust 
DIHs Working Group.
