[I4trust] Issue with size of pages on deliverables

Hi,

   While finalizing D1.5 DIH Onboarding Kit this morning, we realized 
that the page layout was set up to be (US) Letter (instead of DIN A4).  
Then I realized that the template for deliverable had that page size as 
well, therefore all draft deliverables are inheriting that page setup.

   I have fixed the issue in the template but your draft deliverables 
may have this error.

   Please go to File -> Page setup, then select in "Apply to" option 
"Whole document" and then in "Paper size" the option "A4 ..."

   You may need to review pagination after this action.

   @Angeles: I have already fixed this for D2.1

   @Rosa: I have already fixed this for the GfA and Open Call announcement.

   @Tonia: Please check with the deliverable on the Ambassadors program
