[I4trust] IMPORTANT: Project Management Plan deliverable

Dear all,

   With quite a delay, since we have had to deal with other urgent 
matters within the project, we have produced a first draft of the D6.1 
Project Management Plan

deliverable.

   Please run a peer review of this deliverable and provide comments as 
well as suggested editorial changes but, please in this later case, 
under "suggest edits" mode.

   This Project Management Plan deliverable is based on templates for it 
we use in other projects like Token (FundingBox was also involved in 
this project) which we personalized for the case of i4Trust based on 
information in the DoA as well as some new elements we decided to 
introduce.   Many thanks to Sherifa who has contributed largely to this 
task.

   I believe contents should be overall ok, but please review in any 
case.   Goal is to approve it during the general coordination meeting 
this Friday and release it to the EC during the same Friday or latest 
over the weekend.  This will be a living document, so there will be 
always chances to review and improve it over time.

   @FundingBox: relying on what was done in the Token project, you will 
see that information about the FundingBox platform for support of 
i4Trust Community activities is given, including a detailed description 
of its functionalities in Annex A.    Please review all references to 
the FundingBox platform in order to update it if necessary.
