Dear all,

Also with quite a delay, we have produced a first draft of the D6.2
Data Management Plan
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UEQbT2W_tnqxkEfLTNFmRlLfhCDnr3drRqar2Oz7vCc/edit?usp=sharing>
deliverable.

Please run a peer review of this deliverable and provide comments as
well as suggested editorial changes but, please in this later case,
under "suggest edits" mode.

Many thanks to Sherifa who has contributed largely to the task of
generating this draft.

Target goal would be to get the deliverable approved by the general
coordination meeting this week.   Therefore, please take your time to
carefully review.

I would encourage both @FundingBox and @iSF to carefully review
contents of this deliverable.   I would encourage particularly
@FundingBox to review everything that may have to do with:

 1. management of personal data in the FundingBox platform used for the
    i4Trust Community
 2. management of personal data within experiments selected through the
    Open Calls

With regards to the second point, I guess we may need to consider the
following points:

  * i4Trust partners won't be storing data shared through experiments
... however, experiments will typically involve end users for which
some personal data may be gathered ... what provisions should we
place in that respect?   Please check if what is described is enough
  * One example of personal data that experiments may gather from end
users is data used to identify them within applications, as well as
data about roles of users within applications ... this data would
typically registered in Identity Management services and
Authorization Registry services they may deploy and setup on their
own through instatiation of i4Trust software components.  On the
other hand, we were planning to also provide global instances of
such services which they could rely on rather than instantiating
because this will help them to accelerate development of experiments
    initially.

@FundingBox: Do you have experience of a similar scenario within
other cascade-funding projects and what were the provisions in such cases?

@iSF: your views on the matter would be also highly appreciated.

Please turn your response in specific commments and suggested edits.

   Best regards,
