Hi, As mentioned in the meeting this morning, we should achieve an homogeneous style in writing the i4Trust technical periodic report. Answering to a question made by Rosa, I suggest that we don't add too many figures (pictures) in the report. If you want to add some figure, I bet it was in one of the existing deliverables, then I suggest that you place in the report a link to the section in the deliverable (Google docs version) where that figure was placed. I would encourage to have text that brings frequent references to different sections of deliverables. That would not harm, right the contrary. If you don't know how to create a link to a concrete section of a Google document, let me explain how (I discovered it once just by chance): you just need to place your cursor in the heading of the section you want to make a reference to and then copy the URL that will be at that time in the navigation bar of your browser. Of course, you would need to change the access privileges to that Google doc so that everyone who has a link can view. BTW, this formula works also if you want to get the link of a particular slide in Google Slides or a particular tab/cell in Google spreadsheets. It's very useful. Another convention: let's add references as links bound to text rather than as a footnote. In other words: * use this approach <https://i4trust.org/> * rather than this approach [1] o [1] - https://i4trust.org/ Cheers, -- Document Juanjo Hierro Chief Technology Officer juanjose.hierro at fiware.org www.linkedin.com/in/jhierro <https://www.linkedin.com/in/jhierro> Twitter: @fiware <https://twitter.com/fiware> @JuanjoHierro <https://twitter.com/JuanjoHierro> -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
