[I4trust] IMPORTANT: Final rehearsal before the midterm review on May 16th

Dear all,

   I would like to plan a final rehearsal before the midterm review 
where to check everything is ready and go through all presentations as 
to be able to fine tune and sync messages.

   Given the fact that this midterm review will be online, I would go 
for running the rehearsal on Monday May 16th.   That would give us still 
one day (May 17th) to implement any changes and do final tuning.

   I would like to hear your preferences regarding time slot to 
choose.   We shall plan at least 3 hours (we can do a break in between).

   I would like to propose May 16th from 15:00 to 18:00.   Please 
confirm there won't be any issue.   Presence in this rehearsal is 
mandatory for those who will be running presentations during the review: 
Rajiv, Rosa, Dennis, Angeles, Tonia.  @Rajiv/Rosa: let me know whether 
someone else from your organizations will be making presentations.
