[I4trust] Revision of deliverable D1.4

Hi,

   I have finalized my review of D1.4:

   @Rajiv:

  * I have incorporated small modifications which I highlighted via
    comments, and replied to some of your comments.  Please review and
    clean comments to confirm that you are ok with the modifications,
    otherwise add your changes to my changes and reply to the comment
    describing what you changed.
  * I found that notes associated to several slides were not updated:
    slide 2, slide 20, slide 27 (wording was expressed in future tense
    so I changed to be in past tense) and slide 31 (which were a mere
    copy of the notes for slide 27).  I have update them.  Please review.
  * I changed the ordering of slides 56 and 57 because I believe
    Marketplace services where explained before the actual description
    of how IAM components implemented in FIWARE work and can be deployed
    and the walk-through of the reference example. I changed the "About"
    on slides 57-59 explaining that we covered not only a description
    how things worked with traditional OIDC but with new components of
    the IAM framework supporting DID+VC/VP and SIOPv2+OIDC4VP

   @Angeles/Charlotte:

  * We need that you produce a slide with the statistics of attendance
    to the last training program on slide 34.   Please find that because
    the name of the titles of sessions in the training of May 22 were
    too long, all the top sessions appeared with the same title
    (truncated) so you couldn't distinguish which one was for each %. 
    Can we avoid that this time perhaps changing the name of the session
    (avoiding any prefix like "Basics for development of smart solutions
    following a Digital Twin approach" which I guess was the problem
    with the statistics of attendance for the training in May 22).  Can
    we even fix the statistics for May 22?
