[Masterdata] just waiting support letters and go

I want to thank you for the cooperation on the proposal and let you
know that we are just waiting for a confirmed support letter from
Barcelona City and another, potentially, from a itialian entity.

Once arrived we'll submit.

Our deadline for this is 14:00, any comment before this moment is
welcomed, after that I have to be in a meeting and to give a webinar
from 15:00 to 16:00 so I will not be available.
