[Miwi-middleware] KIARA weekly meeting (canceled), BUT please WORK on Action Items

I have to attend a workshop with some Industry partners and other Institutes today.
Looking through the last minutes it would be mostly a list of reminders.
So I add the open Action Points (and Infos) to this mail and cancel the meeting.


  *   Info OpenSpec V3: Is under review by data chapter.

For the advanced API I spent some hours to „generalize“ the description, e.g. by replacing the
prefix KIARA/kiara with the generic term MW/mw adding an note, that the implementation(s)
will use a specific prefix. Also removing some implementation specific details, which belong to
the manual, but not to the spec.
AP Jaime: Still open to have the Doxygen description also as PDFs
  *   Info Testbed: KIARA VM Description is done. Request sent to the testbed team. Still got no feedback.
I suppose they are very busy with the Hack4Good<http://hackforgood.net/what-is-hackforgood/> event, using all resources for this.
AP Christof: push to get infos, status and date
  *   F2F meeting in Winterthur: Doodle is still missing many people and calendars are already filling up.

It is embarrassing, that almost all MiWi issues come from KIARA now.
     *   Still some timeframe errors C2 (Stefan, Philipp/Christof)
     *   Still many description errors C7 not better since 3 weeks
        *   Responsible to fix the description is the Assignee
        *   E.g. I had to create all the Epics, because they were missing in the tracker and assigned them to the responsible partner.
This does not mean I have to fix all the description errors.

Reminder:
• Goal field (>= 10 words)
• Description field (>= 30 words)
• Rationale field (>= 20 words)
• Overall fields (<= 250 words)
     *   AP: ALL (Jaime, Christof/Philipp, Philipp/Dmitri, Stefan) fix IMMEDIATELY (today before 18:00)
Use the meeting time to fix this and it is done.
  *   Release 3.3: Links to pages for new Guides are available in the Dashboard

And finally please keep up the integration work. I saw some progress in the past month, but still a lot of work to be done.
