[Miwi-middleware] KIARA: Version 0.11.0

Hi. I finished and pushed to ZHAW Gitorious Repos a new version of 
KIARA. This is a major feature release.

* Features/Bugfixes:

1. Finished integration of the fastcdr protocol from eProsima.

2. Minor fix in TCP connection module.

There are no changes in installation instructions.
