[Miwi-middleware] 0.3.0 alpha of transport stack "released"

+ improved and annotated makefile and other source files
+ first use-case demo
+ added some fluff for convenience
+ improved internal code, deduplication, better cleanup

How to build:
- Install https://github.com/zeromq/zeromq4-x
- Install https://github.com/zeromq/czmq
- Clone the transport repo
- Check if your clang is at least version 3.4
- Run 'make all' or if you just want the the demo 'make demo'
- Start the applications:
  - build/${ARCH}-${UNAME}-${COMPILER}/demo_broker
  - build/${ARCH}-${UNAME}-${COMPILER}/demo_reply
  - build/${ARCH}-${UNAME}-${COMPILER}/demo_subscriber
- Use your trusted REST client and point it to http://localhost:8080 and
send a PUT request with your carefully crafted payload
- Watch the output in the terminals
- Be in shocked by the awesomeness
