[Miwi-middleware] 0.3.0 alpha of transport stack "released"

Hi Mathias,

Thanks for the message. Can you provide a few more details on what this 
code provides (without reading the code) and how it is integrated into 
KIARA by now? It seems you are saying that your code supports REST but I 
am confused by what the different apps are doing and how this all fits 
together. Is there documentation available yet?
