[Fiware-apps] Moving pages from the private to the public wiki

Dear WP partners,

I had to copy the WP3 deliverable pages (User and Programmer Guides, Installation and Administration Guides) to the fiware public wiki.
Although I did a quick check, I cannot guaranty that everything is still correct (all of the images correctly copied, all lines working, etc.)
Could you please check for your enablers, whether the pages are correct.

Some oddity:
 The page for the Ericsson "Composition Engine - ECE Engine - Installation and Admin Guide" vanished without a notice. What is the reason for this?
Just a mistake? Please ensure that there is the appropriate text on the page as soon as possible. You know we are late with the deliverables.

Despite my direct mails, I still have no reaction from ATOS according to the problems with the Installation and Admin Guide of the Light Composition Editor.
Please make the changes or contact me or Axel as soon as possible to solve the problem!

Also in the "Composition Execution Engine - Mashup Factory - Installation and Admin Guide" we still have the issue of the missing database section!
What is the problem here?
