[Fiware-apps] Moving pages from the private to the public wiki

Dear Torsten,

Ok, I'm going to have a look at the Wirecloud stuff in the public wiki.
I'll come back to you if I find something wrong.

Regarding the issue of the missing database section of the "Mashup
Factory", I don't know whether it uses a database or not, but just to
overcome the issue, I think they just want to see the "X.4 databases"
section of the Sanity Check procedures, so I would add that section with a
N/A in there.
