Dear all,

I have to add the reason for my request.

The Amendment 4 is still under discussion because of this you arguments and reasons for the changes in the DoW are not officially available for the EC and the reviewer.
Taking into account our last review's it seems to be a necessary to be provide all of the relevant information.
That's the reason for my additional request. But it should be Ok to reuse the explanation that you have already presented for the changes in the DoW.

Dear all,

as you might have seen within the templates and the given explanation, there should be valid and consistent explanation for each deviation.
So if you

·         Have changed the Roadmap

·         Have requested more or less budget

·         Have started later than originally planned/communicated/documented

·         Have stopped you work in one or more of the Tasks

·         Have not reached planned/communicated/documented goals

You should provide proactively a dedicated and consistent explanations for the deviations. Please don't expect that the EC will ignore these kind of changes without comments in the next upcoming Review. I am totally convinced, that TID will also ask for these kind explanations.

If these kind of explanations are not already included in you contributions, please prepare the information to add it to the next version of the Reportings.
