[Fiware-apps] WP3: Reminder: Urgent action items fro GE providers

Dear colleagues providing a catalogue entry,
We compiled a more detailed list on what to do on the catalogue level, referencing an email by project management. This is relevant for existing and for new GEs.

1.       IMPORTANT: How to apply the right "Terms and Condition" statements - there are (to me they are new) guidelines which seem to date back to November 2011 - linked on the new Guidelines as https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/27/2540/FI-WARE+Use+Terms+and+Conditions+12-11-20.docx

2.       suggested text for how open specifications are linked-back from the catalogue

3.       updated format for providing instance information and service endpoints

Subject: [Fiware-wpa] TASK FORCE regarding the FI-WARE catalogue before next project review

Hi all,

  Based on recent discussions on the matter, all WPLs must please take care of the following APs regarding the FI-WARE Catalogue:

  *   make sure that already existing entries linked to GEis in your template are complete, i.e., all tabs completed and based on the defined guidelines (see below)
  *   make sure that new GEis planned for Release 2 create their entry

  For the defined template:

  *   Please follow the updated guidelines available at: http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Working_with_the_FI-WARE_catalogue#Guidelines_on_what_to_write
  *   Check the description of the WireCloud GEi as a reference (although it should change to fully align with the guidelines, it is still a good reference): http://catalogue.fi-ware.eu/enablers/application-mashup-wirecloud

Urgent APs to be made prior meeting

There are a number of APs we shall make sure that have been completed before the project review:

·         Make sure everything is ok on the FI-WARE Catalogue:

o    entry for some of the new FI-WARE GEis (although we may argue that they will be ready at the time the 2nd Release is closed - end of June)

o    make sure that, for those already there, all info is complete and aligned with provided guidelines, with particular attention to tab on "Terms and Conditions"

·         Have completed project form asked by the EC (mail from Jesús Villasante).  Draft available at:
