[Fiware-apps] WP12 collaboration & communication - current status

Dear colleagues,

as said: we will send out the current status and open points one by one for the pending deliverables to make this a bit transparent.

The forth one is another "easier" one: collaboration & communication - as we think this is ready for submission and TID is currently compiling this.

Find below the reference to our submission.

Status: TID is compiling the to be delivered document

Next steps: TID submitting it (I don't think that we will - unless we push for it - see this deliverable for a final internal review)

In general I would still encourage contributions, if you think you forgot something - but then: please let Carlos know directly.

The section which I found in a quick review a bit "weak" is the section on our technical meetings within FI-PPP http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Collaboration_activities#Technical_Meetings_and_Actions_with_Specific_FI-PPP_projects

It seem to not reflect the engagement that we actually had during the past year (especially as we in WP3 e.g. had that many PoC demonstrators) - I therefore added a text and asked carlos on how to proceed. In general: if you think you can provide more "engaged" and detailed information on how your interaction with the use cases were - this is the right place.

Best,

                                                                /Thorsten

Subject: [Fiware-apps] WP3: Reminder Input Dissemination / Collaboration Activities

Dear WP3 colleagues,

I would like to remind you to send your input Dissemination / Collaboration Activities to TID/Carlos directly (if not done so).

(I would appreciate if you could signal briefly to me if you did that, if possible, but not urgently needed for this...)
Second, the entries are to be put (also) in the WIKI in these places (but clearly mail to Carlos is needed also, as far as I know):

http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Dissemination_activities

http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Collaboration_activities

http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Communication,_Collaboration_and_Dissemination

Best wishes

Markus
