[Fiware-apps] D2.6.3: Draft of APPS State of the Art Part for your opinion (not final)

Hi all,

Please use this new shortened second version, in principle Miguel was able to do a very fast scan and has indicated that our second try is better now on a first glance.

As indicated I have now shortened the text draft further. We are now down to 3 pages plus a bit which better aligns with the overall document with all chapters together which were somehow shorter than the draft before.
Of course, sacrifices were needed in many places of our text for this shortening, but I think or hope that the result is reasonable for all of us and I think the deleted passages serve a good purpose in the overall document with all chapters....

Please indicate to me where I might have deleted too much or in a wrong way.

Please approve or object until deadline tomorrow morning, I will send the final version later during the day tomorrow but I will be in business sessions throughout the whole day so no good interaction is possible.

Hi all,

Based on some feedback from coordinator to our state of the art submission from last week ("no changes since" not allowed, internal comments like "no contribution from XY" to be deleted, does not read like a state of the art report, not seen as 1 text but only several text fragments), I have now significantly reworked the APPS State of the Art contribution today after my vacation.

I have sent it now to Miguel first to ask him for his opinion on his improvement.

In the meantime and not to waste time:

I now send you as prescreening the draft (not final). Besides the more state of the art look/fell now it is now condensed to 4 pages text (plus citations). If possible, given the drastic improvements since last version I would like to refrain from trying to further condense it - since we in Apps are "desperately heterogeneous" in state of the art and far from homogeneous etc...

Please notice that for the changes I have pretty much changed every sentence. Check that you and your work is still  correctly reported (and forgive some extras or context changes if you can :)).

@ALL: Please check the WORD attached ASAP and report to me every comment/correction you have (send WORD then) or please state per mail that you are OK. Please in any case mail to me.

Deadline: tomorrow morning (19.03.)
