The request for this report came to my attention only an hour ago. AFAIK,
the request came to the attention of Alex, the WP leader, on Friday, which
is a weekend in Israel. Alex is on the leave till Thursday this week
without an access to email. I will be surprised if the task leaders in WP4
expected this short notice more than I did today. And to me it came out of
the blue.
In any case, I will substitute for Alex to coordinate the WP report
preparation in an attempt to prepare a coherent deliverable in the short
period of time we are given.
Miguel, I forward your request to the task leaders of our WP to solicit
their contributions to get them informed.
Dear partners, please refer to the template sent by Miguel (in the
attachements) and send me the specific section numbers you can contribute
fully or partially, and the expected hour of your contribution. If you
cannot contribute today on such a short notice, please explicitly indicate
so in your reply and suggest an alternative.
I need to get these initial messages from you a.s.a.p. to plan my time
working on this report.
The total size of the WP4 report should be in the range of 6-7 pages.
I will also make myself available on Skype (david.breitgand), if you need
to talk to me directly.

Subject: WP4 reporting
Dear all,
Juanjo has spoken to you about the subject so I guess this does not come
as a surprise. The dealine for this passed days ago and the problem is
that it should be delivered today to the EC. We'll see what we can do
but for the time being start putting all together.
I enclose two messages with instructions. I will send an example from
other WP later today, in case it helps.

FI-WARE: Technical information of WPx
Dear all, you are receiving this e-mail because you are a WP leader of
FI-WARE.
If you are in the process of editing your contributions to the reporting,
please make sure that you take this into account:
Please do not forget to mention the WP objectives for the reporting period
(M1-M6) in the first paragraphs
Please make sure that each one of the tasks has an explicit section.
Those not started in the reporting period must have a short text
explaining why not. These examples would be fine: "It will start on Mx",
&q! uot;It wi tion of the task xxx, planned for Mx"
Do not provide a breakdown of what each partner has done. The description
is general and presents the results as the outcome of teamwork. Punctual
mentions to specific partners with specific and clearly defined tasks are
allowed but avoid enumerations of partners everywhere! That is to say, you
must describe the achievements of your work package as a whole, not the
achievements of each partner, going one by one.
Please do not forget to include the list of Deliverables and Milestones of
your WP and their status.

First official review is around the corner and the following approach is
going to be followed:
Technical issues:
1.- All partners to write out their report describing the technical
activities carried out during the last six months.
Please, use enclosed word file called: ?FI-WARE - technical activities

Deadline: October 28th
2.- TID to compile activities per WP and send to every WP leader a file
containing all technical activities carried out in their WP.
Deadline: November 3st
3.- WP leaders to integrate these activities in a readable section. WP
leaders submit their section to TID
Deadline: November 8th
Administrative issues:
4. All partners to send actual costs during this period.
Please, use enclosed excel file called: ?FI-WARE - actual costs

5.- TID to send to each partner excel file of follow-up of real effort
(done until M5)
Deadline: November 3st
6. All partners to send real effort filling out the previous follow-up
file.
