[Fiware-cloud] WP4 reporting

Hi Fernando, 

I did not know about this. Is Xavier doing the aggregation work for the 
WP4 report? The reason I'm asking is that there was a gap in communication 
among the partners. Should we send our contributions for WP4 to Xavier for 
aggregation???  I'm kind of confused who is responsible for what. In any 
case, I would gladly let Xavier doing this work of aggregation. Please 
confirm that he is responsible for this.

Concerning the content of your contribution. As Miguel specified in his 
instructions:

"Do not provide a breakdown of what each partner has done. The description 
is general and presents the results as the outcome of teamwork. Punctual 
mentions to specific partners with specific and clearly defined tasks are 
allowed but avoid enumerations of partners everywhere! That is to say, you 
must describe the achievements of your work package as a whole, not the 
achievements of each partner, going one by one. "

Can you please take a few minutes to slightly edit your contribution to 
follow this instructions? In your tasks, you start with "TID as a leader", 
etc.

Dear partners, please follow Fernando's example and communicate your
