[Fiware-cloud] WP4 reporting

Hi David,

following the example of Fernando, I added the activities of UPM together
with the ones of Telefonica
bellow the Task 4.5: Self-service Portal/API and PaaS hosting enablementI
am sending the merged file in attachment.
