[Fiware-cloud] WP4 reporting

Hi Guys, 

I hope you've been following the thread on WP4 reporting today and the 
situation that we are trying to resolve is clear to you.

Sorry again for nudging at this late hour, but I still miss contributions 
from Cloud Edge and Self-Help Portal partners.

Please provide this a.s.a.p. 
 
I have the contribution from Intel, TID, and IBM.
