[Fiware-cloud] Cloud backlog in tracker - action items

Dear All,

I've briefly reviewed our backlog, and I would like to remind/clarify few 
things related to our agile process, relevant for all GEs:

Please, make sure you follow the right release/sprint numbering convention 
(per Juanjo's last email)
Each GE delivered in the 1st release must have Features in Tracker 
associated with each (or most) of the 4 minor releases: 1.1 - ended end of 
January, 1.2 - April, 1.3 - July, 1.4 - September, representing everything 
we committed to deliver in the 1st release (across the two drops). 
Features associated with 1.1 and 1.2 must be in "Closed" state, those for 
1.3 -- "Under Execution" (or "Closed", if already done), and those for 1.4 
either "Open" or "Under Execution". 
All the features should have 'owner' assigned to it.
Each Feature in "Under Execution" or "Closed" state must have Stories 
and/or Work Items associated with *each* of the Sprints that comprise the 
corresponding minor release. 
Items scheduled to past sprints must be in "Closed" state, those in the 
current Sprint (1.3.2) -- "Under Execution", and those scheduled for the 
next one (1.3.3, focusing on installation and integration in the testbed) 
-- "Open". 
All such items should have 'owner' assigned to it.
Don't forget Work Items, which represent our activities not related to 
coding and/or providing end-user functions (including work on 
deliverables, testbed-related activities, etc)


This is less urgent than completing our June deliverables (which I 
elaboreated on last week), but let's agree to complete this by July 10th 
(so that we can review it during our weekly meeting on July 11th).
For your convenince, attached a spreadhseet with a snapshot of all our 
backlog items.

P.S. while going through the items, would appreciate if you could remove 
'new line' characters from the "Details" field -- this would save me a lot 
of time next time I will want to export the tracker data into a .csv
