[Fiware-data] Asking for help for the Chapter introduction

Dear all,

This is the new intro to the chapter. I took the text which was already 
in the description and I formulated a text that I think that is simpler 
to understand (half a page + then the list of GEs of the chapter) and 
where the general explanation of the importance is shorter and with more 
data.

I have corrected a number of typos and inconsistencies from the 
definitions and listed them.

Hope this helps, at least for the deliverable.
