[Fiware-data] Asking for help for the Chapter introduction

I think that the following "make this data globally accessible, both by 
subscription or upon request, from any type of application" is only part 
of the goal of our chapter
The other part is making tools\technologies (for processing\handling of 
this data that make sense of it and make it useful for applications) 
widely available, part of the Internet, well coupled with the data and 
easily accessed.
Today you need to figure it out yourself how to make use of these 
technologies, build it yourself, integrate it yourself etc.

This is the new intro to the chapter. I took the text which was already in 
the description and I formulated a text that I think that is simpler to 
understand (half a page + then the list of GEs of the chapter) and where 
the general explanation of the importance is shorter and with more data.

I have corrected a number of typos and inconsistencies from the 
definitions and listed them.

the other WPs have some sort of introduction like the one described in 
their respective chapters ... 

  Any volunteer to work on this while Guy is integrating the rest of 
the pieces and I finish my work reviewing other chapters ?
