[Fiware-data] Need to open tickets for not yet existing GEs

Hello Carlos,

Looking at the following UC tickets we think tickets need to be open for 
not yet existing GEs

[#310] heterogenous events - Processing of heterogeneous event provided by 
sources of different nature. Event generation, gathering, identification, 
processing and management
In my opinion, the event generation, gathering, identification, processing 
need to be assigned to a  "Massive data gathering" GE.
In case pattern detection above those events are required, we can, in 
addition, connect this ticket to an existing CEP feature ([#76] 
FIWARE.Epic.Data.CEP.InboundConnectivity) 

[#1121] - Distributed Database - To provide storage systems for large 
amount of information, distributed database system (local, regional, etc.) 
are required
In my opinion, this ticket is not relevant to CEP. It might be relevant to 
a storage GE
