[Fiware-data] UC tickets - Internal discussion

Hi All,

The following ticket is assigned to CEP and is relevant to other GEs as 
well. I would like to open an internal discussion.
[#1120] - Realtime exchange - 
Reading this the focus is on exchange and not processing in real time. 
This seems more of a requirement for the Pub\Sub and Massive Data 
gathering. If patterns above those events need to be identified it may 
involved CEP and Big Data as well

Two tickets that are assigned to location platform are also need to be 
discussed (since they were forward by e-mail to CEP):

[#321] SMARTAGRIFOOD.Epic.data.MobilityAnalysis.ProcessOfUserLocation 
We suggest internal discussion between the location, pub/sub and CEP GEs. 
Since it involves getting the location and the context, and maybe detect 
pattern over them

[#393] SAFECITY.Theme.Data/Context.Localisation Platform GE.Event 
This is physical information that needs to be identified (e.g., to which 
gateway the device is connected and in which location). The event 
processing can't identify those events. If patterns need to be defined on 
top of those events then event processing has a role.
