[Fiware-i2nd] 'work item' for T.7.3

Dear Pier,

 to deal with the needed work on our northbound interface, we would like to introduce a 'work item' with the name 'design of the NetIC northbound interface protocol'. By this, this important work item (not in the sense of AGILE but in the sense of the work we have in fact to do!) will be formally introduced. Following our latest discussions on what an AGILE work item might be, it seems that the AGILE work item is something like a WP-private EPIC or feature. This would mean, that we can structure our work item further (what we will have to do, probably after the Berlin meeting).

As I don't know how to introduce the work item into our backlog tracker (by the way: if the work item is not a backlog element why then introduce into the backlog tracker?? -->TID), would you please be so kind to do this for me or give advice how to do it?

P.S.: maybe, the other tasks might choose a similar way for their interface (or did they find another way to ensure common design of their interface?)
