Hi Lorant,

Do you mean having a 'living' system, that is a specific tracker used to manage the activities to be done (e.g. one entry per action point, or something like this) and, as soon as they are over, the 'ticket' could be used later to document the activity done? Or do you refer to a simpler solution, like a way to keep track of the work when complete, sort of summary to be used for the reporting as well?

In one of the past confcalls (or f2f meetings?) we preliminarly considered not to use a tracker system to manage the activities to be done inside the WP; maybe now that we are little bit more familiar with the tracker system inside FusionForge, we could re-analyse the possibility to setup such a system (we can create e.g. a private tracker inside i2nd project).

First of all however it is to be understood better what's the purpose: if it's to be used to keep track of the action points we periodically define, then the Excel sheet available in the same folder of the confcall minutes should be probably enough. If you envisage other, more structured,  purposes then we should plan a thread of discussion (maybe a call?) about this where we gather the opinions on the topic and then decide how to proceed.

Hi Pier,

I was wondering, if we could set up a 'backlog'/tasklist/tracker for administration issues like 'report technical work done in the past 6 months', 'put this or that into the wiki'..., because after a while it's going to be quite hard to follow them only by checking the minutes.

I know, that everybody could do this on his own, but I think a centralized solution would provide better visibility.
