Hi, I wrote a longer letter yesterday, but my laptop crashed so I'll be short this time :) The excel sheet is fine, but it contains short term action points only (1-2 week). On the other hand we have some milestones in the project plan with requirements still to be refined (what/how should things be integrated in the testlab, what does a minor/major SW release mean...). These refined requirements (or questions regarding existing requirements) could be collected in the same tool (i don't really care what tool), so that we could work on/plan with them in advance.
