Hi Thomas and All, Sorry to create some concern with the 'backlog management' mails you might have received about backlog entries as Thomas in fact received. This is the effect of some changes I made to the items in the backlog as requested by the ProjCoords, to make the descriptions more uniform (see mail attached). In the case of the I2ND entries, we only had to align to naming convention concerning the indication of both Release and Sprint in the defined format (it was e.g. FI-WARE.Release.1.1, it is now FIWARE.Release.1.1). So don't worry if yesterday evening you have received these mails which tell I made changes. On the other hand, please double check that there aren't further mails referring to other reasons: in such case somebody would have made other modifications to the item, and you might be required to take some specific action. Thomas, it's however strange you received the mail about 'FIWARE.WorkItem.I2ND.CDI.Gain... ' workitem, as you are not the assignee, while this is assigned to Vincenzo Suraci. Vincenzo, did you receive that mail as well? In any case, please Thomas forward me that mail, to check for possible misbehavior of the tracker. Question to All: any other case of received notification mails for items not assigned to you? BR Pier -----Messaggio originale----- Da: BANNIZA, Thomas-Rolf [mailto:Thomas-Rolf.Banniza at alcatel-lucent.com] Inviato: martedì 17 gennaio 2012 11:28 A: Garino Pierangelo Oggetto: FiWare backlog management Hi Pier, this morning I have found 2 mails from backlog management in my mailbox (see attached). The first one deals with FIWARE.WorkItem.I2ND.NetIC.NorthboundInterface, which is part of T7.3 work. Does this mail request an action from me, and if yes, in what kind? The second one deals with FIWARE.WorkItem.I2ND.CDI.Gain entry into Webinos Project for University of Rome, which appears to be part of CDI work. Did there happen a missassignment?
