Hi All, There are two pending actions we needed to complete by the past week, but they are still pending: - Planning of current Sprint developments (i.e. the Sprint concerning the month of September) o This is now absolutely urgent to complete, so please update the I2ND tracker inserting any further Workitem you are currently working on, and insert the Release/Sprint ID for those entries (User Stories/Workitems) you plan to complete by the end of the month. o This is to be completed by *Wednesday at 12:00*. o Please make sure this is going to happen: we are late in delivering most of the expected contributions, and this doesn't help to improve the tracking of project progresses and achievements (see the review report comments). o Take into account that at coord/admin level "Costs reports will be compared against activities planned during Sprints. If a partner gets not assigned a User Story or a Work Item during a Sprint, it means that it is not working on anything, therefore cannot justify any cost". - Update to I2ND architecture and Open Specifications pages o We have to update the pages as I asked in my mail on Wednesday 5th o It was planned to be complete by Sep 7th but this is not done yet, and we obtained and extension up to *tomorrow morning at 12:00 CEST*. o Please report to me when this is done. I apologise if this sounds rather 'impositive', but we absolutely need to avoid that the project activities diverge even more from the expected roadmap: this will be for sure an important topic we'll address together in the I2ND PhC on Thursday, to agree on the best way to proceed in the remaining project period.
