[Fiware-iot] IoT commented by Data and Context Management

Dear All,

In the meantime between our weekly meeting and now we received a version
commented by the data and context management team. 
I stored here:

And rather than concentrating on a merged document with all our comments
for the different chapters, I modified our own contribution according to
the received comments where I saw it appropriate and I also answered to

I would really appreciate if some of you could take a second look before
