[Fiware-iot] ZigBee Gateway Device specification uploaded to Forge

Hi all,
I checked and the ZigBee specification "Network Device: Gateway Specification" is public (if you want you can also download it directly from the ZigBee portal http://www.zigbee.org/). This is the specification on which the TI asset is based (Protocol Adapter GE).

I uploaded the last version of this specification to the DocManager area of the FI-WARE Iot project under the "Partner assets" section (direct link: https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/11/1155/115552r00ZB_BoD-ZigBee_Network_Device_-_ZigBee_Gateway_standard_version_1.pdf).

I put also a copy of this specification under the "Standardization" section, in order to have all the reference standards in one place.
