Dear all, As you know we are late providing deliverables due for M12 and some previous deliverables expected at M9 were rejected. Based on the review discussion and previous emails with our Project Officer we must provide deliverable for end of July. Telefonica, as project coordinator, will be able to reject some costs that partners will claim if partners' contributions are not at the expected level. For the deliverables we have to achieve, they are dedicated to the work we achieved regarding Generic Enablers and existing assets. So, if some part are missing , I could easily check, as WP Leader, who has not fulfilled his commitment and I must provide this picture to Telefonica. We need a strong commitment from everybody to achieve this part of the work including a strong revision of the Technical Roadmap to explain what the next steps are. Of course for global deliverables (WP2 and WP11), I will manage this issue with the support of Lorant and Denes but each of you has to provide in the next 10 days his own part of WP5 deliverables. (Check the list at the end of this email) If some contributions are missing, especially for the Technical Roadmap, as it was the case for the previous version, we (WP Leader and WP Architect) are going to provide the content which will be the rules for the next releases (minor and major). In fact, nobody will be able to claim that he has no information and no commitment to develop some features for the next releases. To avoid any trouble for the next steps, provide your vision following what we have discussed till now and what we have described in the DoW. Our main objective is to deliver the right versions of middleware to support the IoT architecture and to be able to show the first demos after M18 (July is M15). We have now a critical path and we expect your commitment to deliver what we promised to the FI PPP community and of course to the Commission. Thanks for your support.
