[Fiware-iot] FI-WARE: IoT tracker review - Telecom Italia review

Hi Carlos,
in this tracker review phase I have observed that many entries are assigned, in my opinion, to the wrong person. The reason lies in the fact that at the beginning of the FI-WARE project the IoT team defined an architecture independently from the Generic Enablers and the assets that the partners brought in. Probably it would be better to re-assign and update the Epics and Features in the tracker to the actual partners dealing with them.

For instance the following tracker entries, currently assigned to me, are related to the Backend that is not an asset of Telecom Italia:

Please, find attached file with the review of IoT backlog.
If found 198 records where around 85% seem to have some mistake
There are many with wrong version format.
I'd appreciate quick reaction to fix them.
