[Fiware-iot] Last effort for backlog

Dear all,

Here is the last status of the IoT backlog. For some of you there are missing descriptions for the features this is why the tickets are always red. Please put a line...

Telefonica (Fermin) because IDAS will replace Cumulocity (NSN asset) for Backend Device Management GE, please update the features related to this GE

We have also to update and close all tickets regarding ThingManagement GE because we are now using IoT Broker, ConfManager and IoT DiscoveryEngine.

Dear Thierry,

I've done a check on IoT, and mapped enablers at hand.
I see little advance on the first part about releases, and so on.
I'd appreciate an effort on it, where the lack of consistency or patterns is very visible.
