Dear colleagues,

I have been reported this morning about a a webinar to which no
people actually attended, despite there were people that had registered
as planning to attend. There were also another one to which much less
people attended, essentially because they decided to go to another one.

Please ask people in your projects to take their registration
seriously. FI-WARE GEi owners are making their best to allocate time
for the webinars and prepare them accordingly. We have also pushed them
to perform them as soon as possible, one in November at least, the two
before end of the year. All trying to provide support to developers in
UC projects. If several people register their attendance and then
nobody actually shows up without prior notice, it is not really helping
to create the best momentum. It's fine to propose and date and then
find out that nobody registers to that date. The FI-WARE GEi owner may
then try to find another suitable date&time. But booking time in you
agenda because someone has told you that s/he was going to attend and
then finally discover that it is not the case I hope you agree is not
the best experience.

If you believe there is anything we may improve about the webinars
and their organization, please don't hesitate to share. This webinars
are kind of a trial for us, so sure we will make a lot of mistakes, but
your feedback will actually help us to improve.

Please forward this to members of your projects.

  Thanks for your understanding. Cheers,

-- Juanjo
