[Fiware-testbed] Fwd: Validation questionnaire to be send to the UC projects

dear all,

as per the phc of yesterday where we discussed also about the
"validation questionnaire", we agreed, on pascal proposal to circulate
the questionnaire among us in order to have the validation before to
send it out to the uc projects.

i just realised, thanks to axel, that thorsten already sent it out to
all of us for comments on 2 novmebre (i.e. more than a month ago) and
so far nobody answered!! well engineering also did not answer, but we
heavily participated in its first formulation .......

so i'm reseding it to all, with the hope, this time, to receive
comments and suggestions for improvement if any.
if nothing comes to me as answer to this email by this friday noon (14
dec 12:00), on monday i'll communicate to the wpl/wpa weekly phc on
the following monday (17 dec) we will send it to the uc projects.

certainly we have to discuss about a possible interactive support in
terms of workshop/seminars/phcs to uc projects, if they want, in order
to support with the compilation of the validation questionnaire.

axel, thorsten: can you came with a proposal about this latter point
at the next wp10 weekly phc?

I precompiled the current list of Questions for the particular use
cases in the attached xls documents and I even prewrote a small
introduction text (happy to receive improvements) on how we might
distribute this to the use case projects. I would recommend that
Stefano will do the final submissions.

Dear use case representative from use case XXXXX,

As already outlined in the last AB, we are seeking for your feedback
on the validation you are currently doing with the FI-WARE testbed and
all related Generic Enablers. We already proposed to you the set of
relevant questions and within this mail we want to finally deliver the
final set of questions and a precompiled list of generic enablers,
which you chose to validate.



Please find in the attached DOCX
(2012-11-Validation_process_template.docx) the general description and
the first set of questions, which you would answer directly in the
document (Question VC1 to Question VC5).

For the Questions GE1 to GE13 we prepared a XLS file
(<USE_CASE_NAME>_FI-WARE Testbed Questionnaire_v1.xlsx), hopefully
eases up your work towards the submission.

You can use the XLS to issue judgments in relation to any of the GEs
mentioned in the XLS file, but for your convenience we preselected the
ones, that you give us in the “Testbed usage matrix” with (D, U, E).

For the relevant questions, please either select from the
drop-down-boxes in the XLS “Yes/No”-Answers, “Star”-ratings or others
or use the free form fields to give detailed feedback.



Then please save the two documents and send them back to us.



As we agreed the last time, we are happy to receive the first draft of
judgments to the XXX of December 2012
