[Fiware-testbed] Plugin to generate pdf docs installed on the Testbed wiki

Dear all,

This is just to let you know that after a little bit of pain, this is ready. We can generate pdf docs from our private wiki now. This was urgently needed for the deliverable that is about to get released.

There is a basic manual to use the plugin and to generate deliverables here:

 *   This is in the FI-WARE wiki, it should previously be moved or copied to a new page of the FI-WARE Testbed wiki to generate the doc.
