[Fiware-testbed] d10.1.a v0.1 for your review

dear all,

thanks to an emails exchange with marika, i discovered that the
fi-ware email system does not allow file too big to be circulated.
although the file was not too big (1.5 Gb).

by the way now the file is on our testbed portal under the deliverable
private section.
please download it from there.
