your correction is wrong as well ;-)

in fact, if M1 is a "start" it is the first day of the month, if it is
"due date" (including milestones) it is the last day of the month.

so your sentence is inaccurate, better to put the full sentence as
above, or back as it was, or put T0 = 1st May 2011.
