Hi

Mmm... I always find M1, M2, etc. in docs as 1 month periods, and if
there are concrete dates, M1 as a deadline is interpreted as "the end of
M1" but you are right that this is for people outside European projects
(the general public) so this has to be clarified, your proposal makes it
clear. This is done now.
