[Fiware-testbed] Shutting down the contingency testbed

Dear all,

This is just to let you know that, once finished the migration, we are
powering down the "old" testbed that we were using before getting the
final infra. This may happen tomorrow as Red.es are waiting to have this
back to start a new internal project. They have been very kind lending
us the servers for all this time so we will try to help and will return
the servers asap.

There are just 2 GEs with a reference to old IPs in the catalogue, thay
have been contacted separately.  anyway, we assume that they (and the
rest of the GE owners) have no objections.

If anyone has any problems with this please contact me urgently.
